New Course Offerings Focus On Managing
Business Operations

 

You asked for more courses to help you manage your business operations and we listened! Cross University has added a few more courses to our portfolio to give you what you're looking for. Check it out!

Data Networking for Voice Professionals
This class will provide an overview of the basic data networking technologies, terminology and devices that are critical for today's telecommunications. This class balances lecture, discussion and hands-on lab exercises to demonstrate the proper design of data networks to support Avaya's voice communication solutions and provide a learning experience that is second-to-none.

CMS Workshop
This hands-on workshop will help Call Center Supervisors and Administrators become familiar with all aspects of managing and administering the Call Management System and Reports for their business call centers and consists of three modules.

Module 1 (1 day): This module gives an overview of CMS and Administrative tasks using CMS Supervisor and how it manages Historical, Real-time and Integrated reports.

Module 2 (1 day): This module consists of CMS Administration, including architecture and connectivity, call center configuration, CMS configuration and changes, and basic troubleshooting.

Module 3 (1.5 days): During this final module students will learn how to build and interpret custom reports using Report Designer to maximize management of their business call centers. The students will build actual custom reports on their own production systems during the lab on the last day.

Call Center Workshop
We’ve expanded this popular hands-on workshop that teaches end-user administrators the basics of Avaya Call Center and equips them to set up a call center and administer agents and hunt group splits/skills. They will learn how to administer and record announcements using VAL Manager, build and troubleshoot vectors and use real-time and historical reports to manage the call center. The students will also work with Service Level Maximizer, Best Services Routing and Business Advocate. 

Modular Messaging Administration
This 3.5 day workshop on the Avaya Message Store (MSS) configuration covers architecture, administration, basic monitoring/troubleshooting, and caller applications. The first session for July 8th has already filled so don't hesitate to sign up for the next session if you're interested!
