Demonstration & Briefing Specialist, Cross
Tony has unique and diverse skill sets within the telecommunications industry including positions within the arenas of Call Center Management, Project Management, Software Provisioning and Contact Center Consulting. With over 10 years of experience within the industry, Tony is currently providing detailed product demonstrations and concise customer
briefings to current and potential Cross customers as well as assisting in the development and delivery of end-user training. Tony's experience includes:
• Former Call Center Manager for a large financial institution containing over 100 employees responsible for inbound call flow, outbound calling campaigns and departmental budget allocation.
• Tony has developed, presented
and delivered detailed gap analysis findings in order to re-engineer corporate processes for a wide
array of customers while working
for Avaya in the Business Consulting practice.
• He has held multiple roles including Software Associate, Software Specialist, Project Manager and Staging Coordinator within the past
5 years.
• Most recently Tony has been providing customer briefings,
end-user and administration training as well as product demonstrations with Cross University and our Executive Briefing Center.
