Management experience includes: deployment of 70 call center projects simultaneously, managing the schedules of appropriate resources to implement call center projects and experience in every phase of the project life cycle.
Call Center experience includes: training Call Center Agents, Supervisors and Administrators, design and implementation of single and multi-site Call Centers, providing documented call flow diagrams and 3,500 word assessment and recommendations guide to a customer for their Call Center.
Certifications and Training include: Avaya Certified Associate - Design: Unified Communication Center, Avaya Certified Associate - Contact Center Management, Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP), Cisco Certified Contact Center Express Specialist, Witness Contact Store for Communication Manager and Witness Quality for Communication Manager.
