Shane Yu
Director of Unified Communications Consulting, Avaya

Avaya’s Unified Communications Consulting Practice helps customers design and deploy communication solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs and increase security for their workforce.  
Mr. Yu has over 15 years experience in both wireless technology and consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton, NASA, HP and Motorola.  Mr. Yu holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and the University of Michigan respectively.

John Norton
VP Sales and Marketing, Cross

With dynamic leadership skills and over 20 years of experience within the industry, John brings to Cross an extensive background in sales and sales management. John’s experience includes:

• Sales and Sales Management roles with Norstan Communications Inc.; supporting mid-large customers throughout the United States.

• Fujitsu Business Communications Systems; Minneapolis Branch General Manager, Western Region General Manager supporting five direct branch offices and 16 distributors throughout half of the country.

• President of NetLink Services Inc.; later re-branded the company to Ardant Partners and re-defined the company as a converged IP Communications company.

• Degrees and Certifications include: BS St. John’s University, Collegeville MN, MBA, University of St. Thomas, CSE (Cisco Sales Expert) certification as well as Cisco LAN Specialist certification.

• Featured on the cover of CRN magazine, recognized as a leader
in implementing innovative IP communications solutions including Wireless VoIP.
