Call Center experience includes: training Call Center Agents, Supervisors and Administrators, design and implementation of single and multi-site Call Centers, providing documented call flow diagrams and 3,500 word assessment and recommendations guide to a customer for their Call Center.
Certifications and Training include: Avaya Certified Associate - Design: Unified Communication Center, Avaya Certified Associate - Contact Center Management, Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP), Cisco Certified Contact Center Express Specialist, Witness Contact Store for Communication Manager and Witness Quality for Communication Manager.
