Tony provides customer briefings, end-user and administration training and product demonstrations for Cross Learning Services. His attention to detail and concise teaching make even the most
complex technology easy to understand. Tony's experience includes:
• Over 15 years industry experience.
• Master Instructor for ACM Basic Administration and Call Center Workshop at Cross University.
• Former Call Center Manager for a large financial institution where he was responsible for inbound call
flow, outbound calling campaigns
and departmental budget allocation.
• Tony has developed, presented
and delivered detailed gap analysis findings in order to re-engineer corporate processes for a wide
array of customers while working
for Avaya in the Business Consulting practice.
• He has held multiple roles including Software Associate, Software Specialist, Project Manager and Staging Coordinator.
