Avaya Voice Portal
Avaya Voice Portal provides a web-based software solution for running inbound and outbound voice and video self service applications. Voice Portal’s distributed, open-source architecture provides support for modern day standards including Linux, VXML 2.1, CCXML 1.0, SOAP, WSDL, H.323 and SIP. Dialog Designer, Avaya’s Eclipse plug-in, provides a familiar graphical drag-and-drop development environment for rapid application development.
