Bloomington, MN –Cross Telecom Corporation announced today it has been named the 2010 Avaya Connect Services Partner of the Year in the U.S. The award was recently announced at the Avaya 2011 Americas Partner Conference in Las Vegas, NV. It was presented to Cross by Carol Giles Neslund, vice president, U.S. Channels, Avaya. Avaya is a global leader in business communications software, systems and services.
