Federal Government National Account Manager

Results driven technical sales position. Will be responsible for selling the full range of converged Avaya products and services, as well as represent Cross Telecom as the Business Partner of choice! Will be necessary to identify and sell to new opportunities, relay the value of the Cross Telecom/Avaya Business Partner relationship, as well as work towards 100% customer excellence.

Previous experience in solution oriented selling of Avaya products and services to federal government accounts. Skills in selling in consultative and complex environments. Requires problem solving and organizational skills as well as good oral and written communications skills. Must have a clear understanding of GSA pricing and federal government specific sales issues. Computer skills in spreadsheet and word processing required.
