Former Senior Engineer at Lucent Technologies and Avaya.
David has applied communications technologies in a business environment for large Fortune 500 and enterprise multi-site corporations.
Nationally recognized subject matter expert on Avaya Aura, IP Telephony, Contact Centers, and Unified Communications.
Keynote speaker and presenter at numerous customer/industry conferences and seminars as well as local, regional and national user groups.
B.S. in Electronic Engineering and a Master's Degree in Technical Training.
Certifications include: ACS (Avaya Certified Specialist), Cisco CCNA and MCP ( Microsoft Certified Professional).
Awards: Recipient of Training Magazine’s 2008 Top Young Trainers award.

Tony GallahueTony Gallahue

Tony provides customer briefings, end-user and administration
training and product demonstrations for Cross Learning Services.
His attention to detail and concise teaching make even the most
complex technology easy to understand. Tony's experience includes:

Over 15 years industry experience.
Master Instructor for ACM Basic Administration, Call Center,
Modular Messaging and CMS Administration/Supervisor Workshops at Cross University.
Former Call Center Manager for a large financial institution where he was
responsible for inbound call flow, outbound calling campaigns and departmental budget allocation.
Tony has developed, presented and delivered detailed gap analysis findings in order to re-engineer corporate processes for a wide array of customers while working for Avaya in the Business Consulting practice.
He has held multiple roles including Executive Briefer, Software Associate, Software Specialist, Project Manager and Staging Coordinator.
Certifications include: ACA certified in IP Telephony, Call Center, and Messaging.

Thad WhiteThad White

Formerly a top Convergence Specialist for Lucent Technologies
and Avaya, Thad is recognized within the industry for his expertise
in VoIP and Convergence applications and solutions. Thad’s
experience includes:

Over 14 years of experience in voice, data and convergence solutions.
Specialization in application of voice to existing data WAN infrastructure
including ATM, Frame Relay, Private Line and ISDN.
Extensive experience in switching, routing, WAN access devices; TDM, Hybrid and IP PBX.
Designed and implemented the largest deployment of VoFR in the Southwest, consisting of more than 70 sites from Texas to California.
Featured speaker at numerous technology expos and conferences as well
as local and regional user groups.
Certifications include: Avaya IP Telephony Design – Avaya ACA, CTP
and Cisco CCNA.

Software Specialist supporting DCS+, Call Center and Tier II.
Former Senior Technical Representative and Systems/Technology
Consultant - Lucent/Avaya.
